Rise and Roll to the Polls

This Sunday, President Andrews, of the Myrtle Beach Branch of the N.A.A.C.P., will explore how ordinary people create extraordinary change through presence, participation, and purpose. In a world filled with distractions and division, "Showing Up" is a powerful reminder that communities thrive when people choose engagement over indifference. Whether you're seeking inspiration, connection, or a renewed sense of purpose, this
message will challenge and encourage you to discover the difference one person can make.

Our speaker this Sunday is Ms. Tiffany Andrews, President of the Myrtle Beach N.A.A.C.P. Branch #5568, and the N.A.A.C.P. Regional Coordinator for Horry, Dillon, and Marion Counties. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature with a minor in Communications at Fayetteville State University. In 2007 she founded The Andrews Agency, specializing in industries from heritage tourism to fitness to political image reputation management. Ms. Andrews was appointed to the Horry County Higher Education Commission by Governors Sanford, Haley, and McMaster from 2010 to 2020. Now, as President of the Myrtle Beach N.A.A.C.P. since 2024, she works tirelessly to advance civil rights, voter engagement, and community empowerment. Ms. Andrews worships weekly at Temple Shalom and can often be found on Sundays worshiping with N.A.A.C.P. branch members, community partners, and supporters at congregations throughout the region. It is not uncommon to hear her say, "I believe civil rights are the same as human rights."
